If you haven’t been paid for an item that you’ve sold, start by communicating with the buyer. If the situation cannot be worked out, please use the Email Us feature located on the right-hand side of this page.
If the item arrives in a condition other than what was advertised, please contact our Dispute Resolution Center by using the Email Us feature. Additionally, we always recommend that you thoroughly inspect the firearm at your FFL dealer. If there are any issues, please do not accept transfer and instead contact your seller immediately.

Purchased a hi point 45 pistol that was not as advertised.to Kate to return it as I have paid ffl fees. Defect not appearent upon inspection, now just be sent back to manufacturer as gun is unsafe. Some one should cover cost of shipping and insurance or give me a partial refund. Please see notes send back to property people for discription of defects. They checked nothing!!!!! Very poor business !!!

I am unable to verify the reserve on the item I am attempting to bid on I contacted the seller more than 10 occasion on this last auction item alone. How do I confirm how high the reserve is or how low the reserve
